1. Warehouse Data Entry
  • Enter inbound (GRN) and outbound (Dispatch/OBD) details into WMS/SAP/ERP accurately and on time.
  • Maintain daily records of pick slips, packing slips, invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes.
  • Record stock transfers, material returns, shortages, and damages in the system.
  • Ensure real-time updating of stock to avoid mismatches between system vs. physical stock.
  • Good knowledge about Man management & resource management .
  • Develop ground level team skill .

2. Documentation & Record Control
  • Prepare and maintain logbooks, registers, and reports for warehouse operations.
  • File and archive supporting documents (GRN, delivery notes, transport documents, claim reports).
  • Assist in preparing ISO audit documents, compliance records, and MIS reports.
  • Maintain proper version control and ensure documents are traceable during inspections or audits.

. Data Entry & System Operations
  • Accurately enter all inbound, outbound, and inventory movement data into the WMS / SAP / ERP system.
  • Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note), OBD (Outbound Delivery), pick slips, packing slips, and invoices promptly.
  • Ensure real-time entry of material movement to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Verify and cross-check physical stock vs. system records to avoid discrepancies.
  • Generate and print labels, gate passes, and dispatch documents as required.

2. Documentation & Record Management
  • Maintain daily transaction records including receipts, dispatches, shortages, returns, and claims.
  • File and organize supporting documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
  • Assist in preparing data for audits, ISO compliance, and management reports.
  • Maintain proper document version control and filing (both physical and digital).
  • Archive old records as per company retention policies.

3. Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports with the warehouse team and management.
