Executive/Personal Assistant

Executive Assistant to CEO (Hybrid)

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office + flexibility required

Compensation: $130K – $180K + bonus (DOE)


Overview

A dynamic and fast-paced financial services firm is seeking a highly polished Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role will blend traditional executive support with personal assistant responsibilities , requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-touch, high-visibility environment.


The CEO maintains a demanding professional schedule alongside an active social and personal calendar , and this individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across both. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar , including internal meetings, client engagements, and board interactions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and assist with follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion

Personal / Lifestyle Support

  • Manage personal calendar, including social engagements, dinners, events, and travel
  • Secure reservations at top restaurants, coordinate event attendance, and manage invitations
  • Oversee personal errands, gifting, and ad hoc requests
  • Assist with planning personal travel and weekend logistics
  • Coordinate with household staff, vendors, or other assistants as needed


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive , ideally within finance, private equity, or investment environments
  • Experience managing both professional and personal responsibilities for an executive
  • Strong understanding of NYC lifestyle, dining, and social landscape
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Highly responsive, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities
