Executive/Personal Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain the Calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Provide executive administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize files and maintain an efficient office management system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
