Executive/Personal Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support the President of a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, strong judgment, and the capacity to manage both administrative and personal responsibilities with precision and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of executive support, administrative expertise, and legal/paralegal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality, such as bill pay and bank reconciliation
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Track priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role strongly preferred
  • Paralegal experience or strong familiarity with legal documents, contracts, and document management is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools

Schedule & Availability:

  • Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on daily priorities)
  • This role requires flexibility—some days may extend beyond 5:00 PM to complete priority items or projects

This position requires a high level of trust, professionalism, and commitment. The right candidate will be a key partner in supporting executive operations at the highest level.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
