IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing business leads for bulk sale deals and pre-network deployments , contributing directly to the organization’s growth and market expansion. The position involves attending networking activities to research and connect with potential clients , building strong business relationships, and gaining an in-depth understanding of network layouts and roadmaps . You’ll work towards achieving bulk deal targets , including high-rise buildings and newly developing societies, ensuring proactive engagement and successful deal closures.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
• Develop and pursue leads for bulk deals (high-rise buildings, new societies, etc.), build a robust pipeline, and attend networking events to connect with potential clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotations; negotiate and secure MOUs or contracts with property owners and bulk-deal clients.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of deals—from identification through deployment and customer onboarding—ensuring deliverables are met within SLA.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore upsell or expansion opportunities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, gather client feedback, and implement continuous improvements in offerings, pricing, and processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
• Bachelors in Business Administration / Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the field of business development domain / Sales
preferably in telecom sector
• Proven experience in sales and marketing of service industry
