Qualification: BS/M.Phil. in Food Technology
Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food industry.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and QMS.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles and internal audit processes.
• Hands-on experience with raw material and finished goods laboratory analysis.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and monitor the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Oversee the quality control of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Review and analyze laboratory test results to ensure product compliance.
• Maintain and update all Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Ensure all processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Train and guide junior QA staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Perform any other task assigned by the QA Manager.
