Designation : Executive/Sr. Executive E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Job Description
1. Amazon Seller Central Management (3P)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings using SEO (titles, bullets, keywords, backend keywords).
- Manage FBA/FBM operations: stock, shipments, returns, and order processing.
- Track Buy Box performance, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews.
- Optimize Storefront, A+ Content, and Brand Registry assets.
2. Amazon Vendor Central Management (1P)
- Manage purchase orders, confirmations, invoicing, and shipments.
- Ensure packaging and compliance to avoid chargebacks.
- Maintain product catalog, cost sheets, and inventory forecasting.
- Track vendor scorecards, shortage claims, and deductions.
- Coordinate promotions, deals, and marketing fund utilization with Amazon teams.
3. Amazon Advertising (PPC Campaigns)
- Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns using ACoS, CTR, CVR, keyword bidding, and placement strategy.
- Conduct keyword research and prepare performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve ROAS.
4. Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
- Create and manage keyword lists, audiences, and targeting across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
- Manage ads for lead generation and e-commerce sales on Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Optimize PPC and social media ads, including bid management, quality score improvement, and audience refinement.
- Assist with ad creatives, copywriting, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark ad performance.
- Create funnels and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Monitor budgets and maintain dashboards for all paid ad accounts.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on metrics, goals, revenue, and campaign performance.
- Work with business development to support lead generation and brand awareness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Keep updated with industry trends and recommend new strategies for growth.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
- Expertise in Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Quality Score).
- Good communication, copywriting, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.

Knowledge Required
- 1. 3-6years of experience in Digital Marketing of pharma company.
- 2. Strong skills in campaign management, channel sales, trade marketing, revenue generation, business development, BD, BDM, and marketing.
- 3. Familiarity with digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
- 4. Ability to manage digital assets and implement digital best practices to boost external optics within the life science/biotech industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
