Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Exhibition Stand Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client engagement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth by converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the exhibition, events, and interior industries.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibition stands, interior fit-outs, or event solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of exhibition industry trends and client needs is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
