Key Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify and route booth visitors at the NWT stand throughout the three-day exhibition.
- Conduct credible introductory conversations on NWT's immersive learning, simulation & training, and smart spaces propositions for the oil, gas and energy sector.
- Capture qualified leads against an agreed scoring rubric (organisation, role, project context, timeline, budget signal) using NWT's lead-capture tool.
- Support live demonstrations of VR / XR content and digital twin scenarios — including headset hand-off, sanitation between users, and recovery from technical hiccups.
- Identify and flag senior decision-makers (PDO, OQ Group, Shell Oman, BP Oman, Daleel, OQEP, Abraj Energy, MoEM, etc.) to the NWT OPES Lead for direct hand-off.
- Distribute branded collateral and manage giveaway inventory; keep the booth presentable and on-brand for the full duration of show hours.
- Submit a daily end-of-day lead summary and a brief written debrief at the close of the event.
