Job Title: Sales Caller

Location: Devika Tower, Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales calling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required)
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to handle objections/rejections positively
  • Comfortable working with daily calling targets

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert calls into sales opportunities
  • Clearly explain product/service features and effectively address customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM/database
  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets set by the company
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development goals
