Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for various dental procedures.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow within the office.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Assist in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and four-handed dentistry as required.
• Place direct restorations and sealants

Requirements

• Excellent at building rapport and fostering clear, respectful communication with both patients and colleagues—contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment
• Knowledge of medical records management and proficiency in using dental software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required
• Dental Radiography license is required
• EFDA certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
