Role Overview:


We’re looking for an Experience Associate to help shape how users experience Pryze across the app and beyond. This role focuses on user support, feedback, and day to day experience improvements. You’ll work closely with product, operations, and growth teams to ensure users have a smooth, positive, and trustworthy experience at every touchpoint.


We need someone who is user focused, detail oriented, and calm under pressure. Someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of problems until they are resolved. This role demands empathy, structure, and consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, spotting patterns in feedback, and turning issues into improvements.


This role is perfect for someone who cares about customer experience, wants exposure to product and operations, and enjoys being close to users in a fast growing digital product. Key Requirements:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer experience, operations, or a related role, preferably in startups or digital products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle user queries, complaints, and edge cases with professionalism and empathy.
  • Comfort using tools such as chat support systems, CRM tools, or ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to document issues clearly and escalate them to the relevant teams when needed.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities without losing quality.
  • Willingness to work closely with product and operations teams to improve user flows.
  • Interest in gaming, digital products, and consumer apps is a plus.
