SERVICE DESCRIPTION 2x weekly janitorial

Service Level Requirements Offices, Entrance, Treatment Rooms, Gym Area, Pool Area (where applicable)

Daily: Remove trash/ replace liners -Vacuum all carpeting - Clean (cleared) sink, wipe/dust surfaces in kitchenette. Clean drinking fountain - Dust horizontal surfaces - Damp wipe desks and windowsills - Damp wipe/ dust exercise equipment - Mop hard surface floors -Clean entrance glass - Spot clean mirrors in gym area - Empty paper/document shredder -Restrooms: Replace paper products (toilet tissue and paper towels) -Empty trash Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out - Clean mirrors - Clean and disinfect shower - Remove splash marks around basins - Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops - Mop floor with disinfectant

General Weekly:

Dust all vertical surfaces

Damp wipe exterior of trash cans

Dust underneath chairs

Wipe down telephones

Dust wall hangings

Wipe door frames

Clean edges throughout the clinic

Clean janitorial space/ laundry room

General Monthly: Wash gym mirrors - Dust vents

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
