Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Experience Manager to lead customer engagement, oversee event execution, and ensure seamless delivery of premium services. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to curate memorable experiences tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or customer experience management.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and client expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile clients and deliver premium experiences.
