Roles and responsibilities:

• Health assessment and monitoring: Conducting comprehensive physical examinations, monitoring vital signs, and performing ongoing assessments of a patient's physical and mental health.
• Care planning: Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Medication and treatment administration: Administering medications, treatments, and intravenous (IV) infusions as prescribed, and monitoring for side effects or reactions.
• Technical procedures: Executing technical nursing procedures like catheterization, wound dressings, and oxygen therapy.
• Hygiene and comfort: Providing for the patient's basic needs, personal hygiene, and comfort.
• Emergency response: Responding to emergencies and critical situations, and implementing emergency protocols.
• Record keeping and documentation: Maintaining meticulous and accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatments, and care outcomes.
• Intra-shift management: Taking and handing over patient reports between shifts and conducting patient rounds.
• Staff supervision: Providing supervision, guidance, and direction to junior nursing staff, nursing assistants, and students.
• Resource management: Managing the inventory of drugs, supplies, and equipment for their ward or unit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
