We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving and exceeding company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Set and communicate clear sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better serve clients.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.

Recruitment and Training:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members with HR personnel as needed.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role..
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
