Role- Experience transformation lead/ Experience Architect


Objective:

To design and elevate the end-to-end employee experience by identifying experience gaps, simplifying processes, and driving tech-enabled improvements across the employee lifecycle. This role acts as the experience architect—bringing together operations, HR systems, partner teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to build seamless, digital, and scalable journeys for all employees across Airtel.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Experience Design

  • Map and improve key employee journeys across their lifecycle — joining, movement, daily workplace experience, transitions, exits and beyond.
  • Identify experience pain points and elevate them through thoughtful journey planning
  • Create consistent experience standards for all employees across geographies and BUs.

2. Process Simplification & Re-Engineering

  • Redesign complex or manual processes to be simpler, faster and more intuitive.
  • Build clear playbooks, checklists, and standard operating flows that reduce dependency on individuals.

3. Digital & Self-Serve Enablement

  • Redesign journeys with a “digital-first and self-serve-first” mindset.
  • Partner with internal HR tech teams and vendors to build features, automation and improved employee interfaces.
  • Ensure new processes or tools enable employees to complete tasks independently with minimal intervention.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work across the full HR spectrum to drive experience improvements.
  • Partner with IT and other enabling functions where system or process changes are required.

5. Change Management & Communication

  • Drive communication for new processes and experience improvements.
  • Build clear, employee-friendly guides, FAQs and content that make self-serve adoption easy.
  • Ensure transitions are smooth and employees understand “what’s changing and why.”


Education Qualification: MBA- HR from Tier 1 / 2 college.

Work Experience: 3 to 6 Years; Experience in managing some digital transformation project for employee journey.
