Experienced Accountant | Own Visa Required | AED 2,500–3,000 | Dubai

Liventra Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid UAE own visa
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience (real estate experience is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
• Must be proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP/accounting systems)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare VAT records and assist with VAT filing
• Generate financial reports using accounting software
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
