Experienced Admin Assistant – Real Estate

We are currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Assistant to join our growing real estate company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a real estate company (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and office management
  • Familiarity with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle listings, documentation, and client coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems

Responsibilities:

  • Managing property listings and updates
  • Handling client inquiries and coordinating with agents
  • Preparing documents, contracts, and reports
  • Maintaining records and office files
  • Supporting daily office operations

Location: Dubai, UAE
Joining: Immediate preferred

Salary: Will be discussed upon the interview.
