Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented project coordinator. In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of digital transformation initiatives by organizing project plans, maintaining delivery cadence, and tracking progress across a portfolio of concurrent efforts. You will work closely with scientific, technical, and business stakeholders to manage cross‑project dependencies, coordinate technical teams, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with PSTS and enterprise R&D priorities.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and coordination skills, experience working within a structured project delivery framework, and comfort supporting portfolio‑level tracking, status reporting, and executive communications. A solid understanding of IT systems, software applications, and system interdependencies is important to effectively support project planning, issue management, and risk identification. The role requires the ability to structure, document, and communicate complex technical and scientific information for audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior leadership. Prior experience with information systems, data science, biology, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical discovery organizations is highly beneficial.
