Parra Klein LLC is a fast-growing, dynamic personal injury litigation firm based in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. We specialize in high-stakes personal injury and insurance disputes, fiercely advocating for clients who have suffered serious harm. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload under attorney supervision from intake through resolution
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
• Conduct legal research and client intake interviews
• Assist in preparing cases for trial, arbitration, and mediation
• Attend court appearances, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates
• Collaborate with staff and attorneys to support case strategy and execution

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligible)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for representing injured clients and securing justice

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
