We are an Architecture and Interior Design studio seeking a full-time experienced Drafter to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in preparing architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, and construction details for high-end and modern residential projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify full architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents
• Coordinate drawings with design team members
• Assist with project documentation and revisions as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
• +5 year experience with architectural and/or interior design drawings
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, SketchUp and rendering is a plus
• Understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced professional environment
