We are looking for Experienced Bahraini Restaurant Manager/Manageress for our Restaurant in the heart of Muharraq. with the below qualifications:

Restaurant Manager- Job Description

A restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dining establishment to ensure profitability, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction. They act as a bridge between ownership and staff, managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Direct daily shifts, coordinate FOH and BOH teams, and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Staffing & Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train employees. This includes creating weekly work schedules, conducting performance reviews, and resolving staff conflicts.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor labor and food costs, identify waste-reduction opportunities, and handle payroll and daily sales reporting.
• Customer Experience: Greet guests, handle complaints professionally, and use feedback to improve service standards.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, order food and supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent availability of products.
• Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety protocols (e.g., ServSafe) and labor laws.
• Marketing: Assist in developing promotions, managing social media presence, and implementing guest loyalty programs to drive sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse team and maintain a positive work culture.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and upper management.
• Problem-Solving: Decisive thinking to handle emergencies, such as equipment failure or staffing shortages.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, reservation software (e.g., ResDiary), and basic accounting tools.
• Experience: Most roles require at least 3–5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Education: with degree in Hospitality Management or Restaurant Business Administration related course.
