General Manager (F&B Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable General Manager (GM) to lead our growing Food & Beverage group, which includes a cafe, a bakery, and a Bahraini restaurant concept. This role requires a proven F&B leader with strong operational, financial, and people management expertise.

Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the business. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide full operational leadership across cafés, bakery, and restaurant operations
-Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, cost control, and financial targets
Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and consistency across all outlets
-Lead, coach, and manage senior managers, outlet managers, and support teams
-Ensure high standards of customer experience and service excellence
-Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
-Oversee compliance with health, safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
-Work closely with owners and senior management on growth plans, expansions, and improvements
-Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational reports, and take corrective action when needed
-Build a strong performance-driven culture across the organization

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a General Manager in the F&B industry is mandatory
-Experience managing multiple outlets (cafés, restaurants, bakery, or similar concepts)
-Strong background in F&B operations, financial management, and cost control
-Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and senior managers
-Strong understanding of customer experience, brand standards, and service quality
-Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
-Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
