ABOUT LA BELLA

La Bella is a coffee and gelato concept located inside Ridge Hall, Ambler's vibrant multi-vendor food hall. We are passionate about crafting exceptional espresso drinks alongside artisan gelato in a warm, community-centered setting. We are looking for a skilled and passionate barista to help us deliver a world-class guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks with consistency and precision
• Dial in grinders and pull espresso shots to spec on commercial equipment
• Execute latte art and maintain presentation standards on all drinks
• Assist in serving and describing gelato offerings to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times
• Provide a warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming experience to every guest
• Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee environment
• Proficiency on commercial espresso equipment
• Strong foundational knowledge of coffee brewing methods, extraction, and milk steaming
• Latte art ability preferred
• Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain before start date)

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
