Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems CLOVER efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Assist in food preparation and serving of light snacks or baked goods as needed

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations
• Customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly
• Basic math proficiency for cashiering, retail math, and cash handling tasks
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
