Experienced Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our small café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages. At least one year experience in specialty coffee environment required. Experience in manual espresso extraction, dialing in grinders, and manual milk steaming mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly pull shots
• Adjust grinders and espresso recipes throughout shift to maintain consistency
• Manually steam milk to a glossy micro foam texture suitable for high-end service
• Latte Art - either be able to do this or learn to
• Maintain a clean space and perform daily cleaning of espresso machine and related equipment
• Cross train in other aspects of cafe when time allows

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
