Experienced Barista

La Isla is a wellness and sustainability center that includes a conscious food café, a responsible zero-waste market and space for remote work/events, located in Miramar. We are a purpose driven family business that is women owned and community forward. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team.

*Open and flexible availability is a requirement and the willingness to multitask is a must.

We are looking for a barista with experience in the preparation of espresso based drinks and other beverages. Who can also assist in other operational areas of the cafe when necessary (bringing dishes to the table, cleaning tables, customer service, etc.).

Requirements

● Must have previous Barista experience

● Knowledge in calibrating coffee grinder

● Schedule flexibility, availability 7 days a week

● Bilingual

● Good communication and attitude

● Interested in coffee and beverages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
