Experienced Barista
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team. We are a high energy, fun, detail oriented and unique cafe space that specializes in local, unique and intricate recipes and drinks.

Must be a free thinker and self motivated.

Must have at least two years Barista experience and be confident with milk steaming and familiar with traditional espresso drinks.

Must be detail oriented, organized and able to make decisions and take action with accuracy and urgency.

Must be solution oriented and have the ability to work thru issues quickly and without attachment to stories or drama.

Must be able to take feedback and critique, as well as communicate freely.

Must be a people person and enjoy working with the public.

Must know how to perform espresso machine functions and steam milk properly.

Must live and create with integrity and desire to grow and expand daily.

Must have the confidence to read these requirements and trust their heart and self to say “yes! I am all of those things.”
