Experienced Barista - Specialty Coffee Shop in Doha

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista in specialty coffee shops in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing techniques.
• Ability to perform latte art and advanced brewing methods (pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate to DOHA, QATAR

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to the highest standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the café environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
