Experienced Bartender

Oak & Palm Waterfront is seeking an experienced, energetic, hospitality-driven bartender to join our growing team in Sunset Beach.

We are a high-volume waterfront restaurant focused on elevated coastal cuisine, craft cocktails, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and strong guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits efficiently and consistently
• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining strong bar presence
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift
• Assist with opening and closing duties including restocking, cleaning, and side work
• Work alongside servers and management to maintain smooth service flow
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Upsell cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and featured beverages

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Craft cocktail and tequila knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required

Compensation

• Hourly pay + tips
