Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and food items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption and behavior to promote responsible drinking while ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs and banquet events.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking beverage levels, and communicating needs to management.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or cocktail server in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in food industry roles including catering, retail math calculations, cashiering, or food handling is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or private parties.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales tracking are essential.
• A background in hospitality or retail math combined with experience in brewing or the food industry will be beneficial. Pay: Up to $16.90 per hour
