Position Overview-

Luxe Lash & Beauty Bar is hiring an Experienced Body Wax Specialist for our new Dublin, PA location opening in early May.

We are looking for a licensed beauty professional with strong waxing experience, excellent client service skills, and a high standard of professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values a positive team culture, and wants to grow with an established beauty brand.

We are intentionally building a team of high-performing, dependable, collaborative professionals. Technical skill is essential — but work ethic, integrity, and cultural fit are just as important.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to grow with a high-standard, team-oriented salon.

What You’ll Do-

• Perform professional body waxing services with confidence and consistency
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
• Educate clients on aftercare and home maintenance
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and professional standards
• Rebook and retain clients through quality service and professionalism
• Support a positive, team-first salon culture
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth

What We’re Looking For-

Required

• Active PA Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Previous body waxing experience required
• Strong sanitation and hygiene practices
• Professional communication and client service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
