Experienced Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper (In-Office Required)

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financials for multiple businesses. This is an in-office position and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple sets of books.

Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping for multiple businesses

· Record and reconcile transactions

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

· Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)

· Maintain accurate records for CPA/tax purposes

Requirements:

· 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

· Experience managing multiple businesses or clients

· Proficient in QuickBooks Online

· Strong understanding of accounting principles

· Excellent organization and time-management skills

Details:

· In-office position (remote not available)
