Experienced Brow Threader & Lash Technician

We are seeking a talented and energetic Experienced Brow Threader & Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. Responsibilities

• Perform precise eyebrow threading, shaping, and grooming to meet each client’s desired look
• Apply eyelash extensions with attention to detail, ensuring comfort and natural appearance (Classic, Hybrid & Volume)
• Provide consultation to clients on lash styles, brow shaping, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using square software
• Promote retail sales of beauty products, lash care items, and skincare essentials through effective upselling techniques (commission on sales)
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

• Proven experience in brow threading and eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio of work
• Familiarity with salon management software such as square
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatments and aftercare procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices

NYS COSMETOLOGY OR ESTHETICS LICENSE
