Duties

• Perform precise eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic techniques to achieve natural or dramatic looks tailored to each client’s preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style, length, curl, and volume, ensuring satisfaction with the final result
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
• Educate clients on proper aftercare routines and product recommendations for long-lasting results
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, while providing excellent guest services at all times
• Upsell complementary services like lash lifts, tinting, or retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Keep detailed records of each treatment, including product used and client preferences, for future reference and consistency

Experience

• Proven experience in eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques
• Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; certifications in eyelash extension application are highly valued
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, including sterilization procedures for tools and workspaces
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and educate them on aftercare and product use
• Experience with social media management to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service roles within beauty or spa environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
