Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, construct, and install bespoke wooden items, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and architectural joinery, based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminates, and related materials using hand tools and power machinery (e.g., table saw, router, planer).
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches to determine material requirements and specifications.
• Perform on-site installation, including fitting, alignment, and secure fixing of joinery components at various project locations across the UAE.
• Ensure the final product quality meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in safe and proper working condition.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably within a factory or joinery/fit-out environment.
• Expertise in Finishing Carpentry and/or Joinery (furniture and cabinet making).
• Thorough knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight production deadlines.
• Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and perform accurate measurements.
