Experienced Cashier (3yrs)

Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, welcoming, friendly, and efficient Cashier to join our dynamic culture and team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and being a professional at suggestive selling. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a positive to go experience for all guests.

Duties

• Welcome all guests with a big smile and personality.
• Accurately taking guests orders both in person and on the phone.
• Upselling menu items to increase check averages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Assist Bartenders and Servers by running food and helping clear tables.
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions efficiently.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate smooth operations. .

Qualifications

• Previous experience in required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling guests both in person and on the phone.
• Willingness to learn about products and services offered in order to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
