Experienced Climbers, Bucket Operator, Ground Crew

Overview
We are seeking experienced, skilled and dedicated Climbers, Bucket Operators, and Ground Crew members and Sales associates to join our team. This role involves working outdoors on tree care, trimming, removing and ground clean up requiring physical endurance, safety awareness, and technical proficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience tree trimming, climbing, rigging, and or bucket operations and possess a strong work ethic. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in tree service industry within a professional environment committed to safety and quality.

Duties

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, and trimming using industry-standard techniques and safety equipment
• Operate bucket trucks safely for elevated work tasks such as tree removal or utility line maintenance
• Assist with rigging and lifting operations to ensure safe handling of heavy or awkward materials
• Conduct ground-based tasks including debris removal, equipment setup, and site cleanup
• Support landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, planting, and general horticultural duties
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk during climbing, bucket operation, and ground work
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

Skills

• Proven experience in tree care, tree trimming, or landscaping is highly desirable
• Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety procedures for working at heights
• Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently (bucket operation)
• Physical strength and stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Ability to work at heights safely while using appropriate climbing gear (climbing skills)
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Growing experience or background in landscape maintenance is adAll roles are paid positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $200.00 - $600.00 per day
