Compensation

$25.00 – $36.00 per hour
Pay is based on position, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project specifications and plans.
• Maintain and promote safe work practices on all job sites.
• Complete projects on schedule and within labor budget expectations.
• Ensure crew members take required breaks and accurately record time in ExakTime.
• Coordinate daily job activities and maintain productivity.
• Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial and industrial fence installation practices.
• Strong understanding of different fencing materials and applications.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications.
• Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates.
• Welding certification required for Certified Welder position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Iron Fencing : 3 years (Required)
• Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred)
