Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Estimation Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching cost estimation services to construction clients, and closing deals in international markets. Strong communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Target contractors, builders, developers, and construction companies.

Identify potential clients in USA, Canada, and other international markets.

Client Communication

Understand client requirements related to cost estimation and takeoff services.

Present company services confidently and professionally.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Closing & Target Achievement

Send proposals and quotations.

Follow up with prospects to close deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting

Maintain CRM records of leads and conversions.

Provide daily and weekly performance reports to management.

Requirements:

1–3 years of sales experience (construction/cost estimation preferred).

Experience dealing with international clients is a plus.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work night shifts.

Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
