Experienced Dental Assistant

Coastal Family Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! If you're a motivated, compassionate, and hardworking dental assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Enjoy three-day weekends every week!

About Our Practice:
We are a busy, two-doctor family practice with a long-standing reputation for exceptional patient care and a team of loyal employees, who truly enjoy working together. Our owner is kind, supportive, and genuinely cares about both our patients and staff, creating a positive and fun workplace culture.

Responsibilities Include:

• Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures such as - Endodontics, restorative dentistry, digital scans and more.
• Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
• Sterilization and instrument processing
• Following OSHA and infection control guidelines
• Taking dental radiographs (X-ray certification required)
• Supporting the clinical team with office needs on non-chairside days
• Helping maintain an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• X-ray certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Compensation:

• Starting from at $25/hour, with pay based on experience and qualifications.
