Lyndhurst Family Dental, a Dr. Nassif and Associates practice, is seeking to hire an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team! To be considered for this job, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in a dental office. The salary is competitive and depends on experience, and benefits are provided. Our family-owned and operated office has over 40 years of experience. We have also been voted Cleveland's Top Dentist for 8 years in a row, named a Neighborhood Favorite for 3 years in a row, and recognized by Thommen Medical for placing over 10,000 implants—great hours and staff to work alongside.

Hours:

Tuesday 10-6 pm

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 am-5 pm

Friday 8 am-3 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting $20.00, competitive depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Eaglesoft software
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with billing and processing payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record-keeping
