Experienced Electrical Improver / Junior Electrician (Self-Employed)

We are looking for an experienced electrical improver or newly qualified electrician to assist with ongoing domestic and small commercial electrical work.

This role is suited to someone who has hands-on experience working alongside electricians and is confident carrying out installation work, particularly second fix, with minimal supervision.

The role will involve:

- Carrying out second fix installations independently

- Assisting with first fix work on rewires and extensions

- General electrical installation tasks across domestic properties

- Supporting electricians on site where required

Work will primarily be domestic, including rewires, extensions, EICR-related remedial work, and general installation work. Some small commercial work may also be included.

This is a self-employed role offering consistent, ongoing work for the right person. The position is ideal for someone looking for regular work without the need for testing or inspection responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who can come in and contribute straight away, helping to keep jobs moving and completed efficiently.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
