K Beauty Lab is seeking a highly skilled Medical Esthetician with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or advanced skincare clinic.
This is a results-driven, client-facing role for professionals who are confident performing advanced treatments, leading consultations, and delivering measurable skin outcomes.
We are a Korean clinical medspa specializing in corrective treatments, skin regeneration, and long-term results. Our clients expect precision, professionalism, and a high-touch experience.
This is not an entry-level position.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Read Before Applying)
- Minimum 3 years hands-on esthetician experience in a medspa or clinical setting
- Must have been actively performing treatments (no front desk-to-esthetician transitions)
- No self-employed-only experience (must have worked within a structured spa/clinic environment)
- Active Texas Esthetician License
- Verifiable professional references

ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Treatment Execution
- Perform microneedling and advanced corrective facials
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and develop treatment plans
- Deliver post-treatment care and product recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and clinical standards
- Professional communication and able to build rapport
Client Experience
- Lead consultations with confidence and clarity
- Set expectations and communicate results effectively
- Deliver a calm, refined, and professional treatment experience
- Build long-term client trust through education and outcomes
Performance Expectations
- Drive rebooking and client retention
- Recommend and support ongoing treatment plans
- Contribute to treatment upgrades and package conversions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Operate within a results-driven, high-performance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Korean skincare methods or advanced modalities
- Korean-speaking (preferred, not required)
- Strong understanding of acne, aging, and corrective treatments
- Familiarity with Korean beauty aesthetics and trends
Compensation & Training Structure
All hired estheticians will complete a required onboarding and training period in Korean skincare methods and Hannah Method protocols before independently performing services.
Training Includes:
- Hands-on shadowing with the Owner
- Study of treatment philosophy and product knowledge
- Written and practical evaluation prior to client-facing work
Training Compensation:
- $15.00 per hour during onboarding and shadowing
Post-Training Compensation:
- $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Eligibility for performance-based commission, including:
- treatment upgrades
- client retention and rebooking
- packages and membership sales
Important
- Training is performance-based, not time-based
- Most qualified candidates complete training within a short, structured timeframe based on proficiency
- Transition to full hourly rate occurs upon demonstrated readiness
- Experienced estheticians who demonstrate strong proficiency may complete training on an accelerated timeline
Additional Requirement
- Must have an active professional social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, or portfolio)
- Following size is not important; however, candidates must provide clear proof of work, including:
- before and after results
- treatment documentation
- visible skin transformations
This is not a content creation role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate real clinical results.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
