Overview
K Beauty Lab is seeking a highly skilled and professional Medical Esthetician with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in advanced facial treatments. This role is intended for serious professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client results while maintaining a refined, elevated client experience.

We are a results-driven Korean facial medspa specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation treatments. Our clientele expects professionalism, expertise, and thoughtful communication throughout every step of their visit.

Important: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants without the required experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare treatments including:

Microneedling
Advanced facials and corrective treatments
Skin analysis and personalized treatment planning
Client consultations and post-treatment care instructions
Maintain strict sanitation and treatment room standards
Educate clients on home care and treatment plans
Document treatments accurately and maintain client records

Deliver a high-touch, elevated client experience, including:

Clear, confident, and professional communication during consultations and treatments
Thoughtful and conscientious client care before, during, and after services
Educating clients on skin health while maintaining a calm and refined treatment environment
Upholding the service standards expected in a luxury clinical spa setting

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years professional esthetician experience (required)
Active Texas Esthetician License
Strong knowledge of skin conditions and corrective treatments
Experience with microneedling or advanced modalities preferred
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Professional references required

Preferred Qualifications

Korean-speaking preferred, but not required
Experience working in a medical spa or advanced skincare clinic
