We are a Building Materials Trading, Subcontracting and Manufacturing Company having Multiple Branches within the UAE. We are currently looking for an Experienced Estimation Engineer Specialized in Metal Work Fabrication for our factory in Ajman having a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in same field & Must have Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

An Estimation Engineer is very critical, as they directly impact Project Profitability, Cost Control, and Successful Tendering.

Duties, Responsibilities & Skills relating to Estimation Engineering:

• Study structural and architectural drawings.
• Understand client requirements and project scope.
• Identify materials, finishes, and fabrication details.
• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Raw Material Cost (SS, Aluminum, MS, GI, etc.)
• Cutting, bending, rolling, welding costs
• Machining & surface treatment (galvanizing, powder coating, painting)
• Labor Cost
• Supplier Coordination
• Compare supplier prices and negotiate
• Add profit margin and risk factors.
• Preparing & Submitting Quotations
• Raise RFIs (Request for Information) if drawings are unclear
• Attend technical meetings if required.
• Proficiency in Excel systems
• Good negotiation skills
• Preparing Hand Sketch Drawings
