Project Manager (Architectural Metalwork)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee architectural metal projects from inception to completion. You will be the bridge between the design team, the workshop, and the client, ensuring that high-end metal features—such as decorative facades, staircases, and bespoke structures—are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural metal projects, ensuring they meet structural and aesthetic requirements.
• Site Coordination: Oversee site surveys and coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure seamless installation.
• Budget & Procurement: Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and source high-quality materials (Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc.) while maintaining profit margins.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, and clients to resolve technical queries and provide progress updates.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with UAE building codes, safety standards, and the high-quality finish expected in architectural metalwork.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience specifically within the Architectural Metalwork industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of metal fabrication processes, finishing techniques (PVD coating, powder coating, etc.), and installation of architectural elements.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD and project management software.
• Leadership: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Location: Prior experience handling large-scale projects within the UAE is essential.
