Compensation:

$95,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Advocate for clients in complex family law matters—including divorce, custody, child support, property division, enforcement, and adoption.
  • Handle contested hearings and trials with confidence and strategic focus.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
  • Develop tailored case strategies and advise clients with empathy and clarity.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with a smart, dedicated legal team to deliver results and build trust.
Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Texas family law experience, with demonstrated trial and hearing work in custody and property disputes.
  • Deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and court procedures.
  • Proven success in managing case files independently.
  • Strong courtroom presence, excellent writing skills, and client-centered communication.
  • A team player who brings both professionalism and heart to the practice of law.
  • Texas Bar License.
