Our law office is seeking an intelligent and motivated family law attorney to join our successful firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience handling and litigating family law cases.

Responsibilities will include:

• Appear in court and litigate at court hearings for our clients.
• Meet and/or communicate with clients, answer questions, and prepare them for court hearings.
• Oversee the preparation of pleadings, discovery, and all other necessary documentation.
• Draft RFOs, Motions, DVROs, and respond to the opposing party’s pleadings and discovery.
• Work with our staff to manage the case files and ensure that the client is properly serviced.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
